Black pepper, cassis, raspberries, minerals, violets, basalt and graham all pour from the glass. A whole Indian spice shop blended with notes of tar after the wine opens. In the mouth is where the wine really shines; power and concentration without being overwhelming. This is rich wine with a foundation of minerality, but with a great sense of balance and focus.
