TASTING NOTES
Equal portions Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, this blend is made in an old world style. Allowed to soak on the skins like a red wine, the additional flavors and tannins add a unique complexity not commonly found in modern white wine. Aged for 16 months in older oak barrels, this wine shows flavors of stone, apricot, flowers, peach skin, walnut, almond and tangerine. A wonderful pairing with aged cheeses, roasted nuts or plank grilled salmon.
