Terms of Sale
All wines are sold in Oregon and title passes to the buyer in Oregon. All sales of wine are final. When you place an order with A to Z Wineworks, we will act on your behalf and engage a common carrier to deliver your order. The purchaser and recipient of this shipment must be at least 21 years old. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
